more boost in throttle will lead to the needle pulling out on the needle jet/emulsion tube and thus making strain to the fuel to get pulled up by using the key jet in the needle jet where it mixes with a few air that's supplied from the holes in needle jet, after that the fuel will get atomized because it reaches the key bore and comes in connectio
